A big waste. Especially after getting suspended for yet another year. Who knows where he will find a job. I'm pretty sure you still have to pass a drug test and stay sober at McDonalds too.

What a waste of talent, he will be lucky if he can find a job in the AFL.

Maybe McDonald's is alittle more his speed.

If anyone is in his ear, it's probably his agent. If I was going to get more money each time Chad signed, I'd probably push for it too. But if a player wants more money, they should just play hard and show the team that they are worth it. Acting like this doesn't exactly make the Bengals want to shower him with more money.

I could not agree more. Although, I wonder what would be worse: having Chad ride the bench all year because he refuses to play well, or him sitting out on his terms. I feel like someone got in his ear and basically said "you're better than this" and that changed him. It's sad to see this happening.

I agree with the review...too many guys that have questions surrounding them.

And yes...until further notice teh Bengals should only pick Eagle Scouts. They have too many failed picks the last couple of years...they can not afford to take a chance on thugs and dead beats.

There was ONE bad character pick in the draft. Corey Lynch is married to Billy Graham's daughter. Keith Rivers is an exceptional character, just read his blog http://www.yardbarker.com/users/KeithRivers ... Simpson has no problems. I guess having a soul and caring about family is a knock on Sims. I mean who loves their sister??!!?

I know Jerome Simpson personally and he is a terrific ball player. He has the skills and the ability to help the Bengals succeed. As far as character he is one of the most respectful young men that I have ever met and Jerome would be a asset to any NFL team. His stats speaks for itself.
